Ohio High School Basketball - Utica holds off KIPP Columbus

In Tuesday's non-league contest, the host Utica Redskins basketball team scored a close 62-56 triumph over the KIPP Columbus Jaguars.

The Redskins (6-16) will now prepare for their contest against Africentric Early College (Columbus, OH). The Nubians go into the non-league contest with a 20-2 record. In their last contest, Africentric Early College was tipped by Northland (Columbus, OH), 61-48, in a non-league contest.

In their next game, the Jaguars confront the Bloom-Carroll Bulldogs (Carroll, OH) in a non-league contest, on Saturday, February 22. KIPP Columbus will attempt to better on its 12-10 season record. The Bulldogs go into the contest with a 11-11 record after their 61-55 non-league loss to River Valley (Caledonia, OH).
