Michigan High School Basketball - Utica Ford knocks off Lutheran North

The crowd at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Utica Ford Falcons (Sterling Heights, MI) and the host Lutheran North Mustangs (Macomb, MI), observed Utica Ford's basketball team overcome Lutheran North by a score of 66-48.

The Falcons (16-5) will now prepare for their challenge against Athens (Troy, MI). The Red Hawks come into the non-league challenge with a 6-14 record. In their last challenge, Athens dropped by Oxford (Oxford, MI), 73-39, in a league challenge.

In their next game, the Mustangs battle the University Liggett Knights (Grosse Pointe Woods, MI) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, February 21. Lutheran North will attempt to improve on its 6-11 season record.
