Kentucky High School Basketball - Scott overwhelmed by Montgomery County

February 18, 2025: Covington, KY 41015

In Tuesday's non-league test, the Montgomery County Indians (Mt. Sterling, KY) basketball squad trounced the host Scott Eagles (Covington, KY), by a final score of 97-53.

Next, the Indians clash with the Trinity Shamrocks (Louisville, KY) in a non-league test, on Friday, February 21. Montgomery County will attempt to upgrade on its 18-9 season record. The Shamrocks come into the test with a 12-14 record after their 61-60 non-league loss to South Oldham (Crestwood, KY).

The Eagles (9-16) will now prepare for their test against Harrison County (Cynthiana, KY). The Thorobreds come into the non-league test with a 12-12 record. In their last test, Harrison County was overwhelmed by Mason County (Maysville, KY), 59-50, in a non-league test.
