In Tuesday's non-league contest, the host Scott County Cardinals basketball team scored a good 59-48 triumph over the Conner Cougars.
The Cardinals (10-12) will now prepare for their contest against Tates Creek (Lexington, KY). The Commodores go into the non-league contest with a 12-13 record. In their last contest, Tates Creek topped Frankfort (Frankfort, KY), 91-14, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Cougars confront the St. Henry Crusaders (Erlanger, KY) in a non-league contest, on Thursday, February 20. Conner will attempt to better on its 10-16 season record. The Crusaders go into the contest with a 12-13 record after their 75-40 non-league loss to Highlands (Fort Thomas, KY).
