The crowd at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Fairfield Eagles (Fairfield, TX) and the host Hitchcock Bulldogs (Hitchcock, TX), observed Fairfield's basketball team overcome Hitchcock by a score of 46-33.
The Eagles (30-6) will now prepare for their challenge against Little River Academy (Little River Academy, TX). The Bumblebees come into the non-league challenge with a 30-5 record. In their last challenge, Little River Academy defeated Diboll (Diboll, TX), 60-50, in a non-league challenge.
