In Tuesday's non-league contest, the host Reed City Coyotes basketball team scored a big 52-24 triumph over the Mason County Central Spartans.
The Coyotes (7-12) will now prepare for their contest against Tri County Area (Howard City, MI). The Vikings go into the Central State contest with a 4-14 record. In their last contest, Tri County Area smashed Central Montcalm (Stanton, MI), 37-34, in a league contest.
In their next game, the Spartans battle the Hesperia Panthers (Hesperia, MI) in a Western Michigan - Other contest, on Friday, February 21. Mason County Central will attempt to better on its 7-13 season record. The Panthers go into the contest with a 0-17 record after their 53-16 non-league loss to Walkerville (Walkerville, MI).
