Florida High School Flag Football - Lake Region crushed by George Jenkins

George Jenkins Eagles (Lakeland, FL) followers went home in high spirits Tuesday as they saw their flag football team triumph over the host Lake Region Thunder (Eagle Lake, FL), 49-7 in a non-league battle.

With the win, George Jenkins advances its record to 1-0 on the season. The Eagles travel to Celebration (Celebration, FL) to play the Storm in a non-league battle on Thursday, February 20. The Storm go into the battle with a record of 1-0. Celebration won 13-0 in their recent league battle against Osceola (Kissimmee, FL)

The Thunder now own a 0-1 record. They play next when they travel to Bartow for a non-league battle on Friday, February 28.
