The Chesapeake Cougars (Pasadena, MD) basketball were winner over the visiting Crofton (Gambrills, MD), 48-39 in Tuesday's league bout.

The Cougars now possess a 12-6 record. They play next when they travel to Glen Burnie for a non-league bout on Thursday, February 20. Chesapeake will play a Gophers team coming off a 50-14 non-league loss to Severna Park (Severna Park, MD). The Gophers record now stands at 6-6.

With the loss, Crofton falls to 2-3 on the campaign.
