California High School Lacrosse - Canyon nipped by Santiago

The Santiago Sharks held off the visiting Canyon Comanches lacrosse team by a tally of 7-6 in Tuesday's non-league match.

The Sharks now own a 3-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Huntington Beach for a non-league challenge on Thursday, February 20. Santiago will clash with a Oilers squad coming off a 8-7 non-league loss to El Segundo (El Segundo, CA). The Oilers record now stands at 1-1.

With the loss, Canyon falls to 1-1 on the year. The Comanches travel to Santa Margarita (Rancho Santa Margarita, CA) to confront the Eagles in a non-league match on Thursday, February 20. The Eagles enter the match with a record of 0-0.
