The Franklin Yellowjackets baseball team scored 7 runs and held the visiting Bret Harte Bullfrogs to 5 in the Yellowjackets non-league win on Tuesday.
The Yellowjackets now own a 1-1 record. They take the field next when they host Liberty Ranch for a non-league test on Friday, February 21. Franklin will clash with a Hawks team coming off a 12-0 non-league win over Stagg (Stockton, CA). The Hawks record now stands at 4-0.
With the defeat, Bret Harte drops to 0-1 on the year. The Bullfrogs travel to Livingston (Livingston, CA) to clash with the Wolves in a non-league test on Friday, February 21. The Wolves go into the test with a record of 0-1. Livingston lost 22-6 in their recent non-league test against Merced (Merced, CA)
