In Tuesday's non-league challenge, the host Westminster Wildcats lacrosse squad scored a tight 9-6 triumph over the Woodward Academy War Eagles.
The Wildcats (1-2) will now prepare for their challenge against St. Pius X Catholic (Atlanta, GA). The Golden Lions go into the non-league challenge with a 1-0 record. In their last challenge, St. Pius X Catholic held off Whitewater (Fayetteville, GA), 9-7, in a non-league challenge.
Next, the War Eagles clash with the Pace Academy Knights (Atlanta, GA) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, February 24. Woodward Academy will attempt to better on its 1-2 season record.
