Central Lafourche Trojans (Raceland, LA) supporters left the game pleased Tuesday as they saw their softball squad thwart the host Hanson Memorial Tigers (Franklin, LA), 14-5 in a non-league game.
With the triumph, Central Lafourche improves its record to 1-0 on the year. The Trojans host De La Salle (New Orleans, LA) to play the Cavalier in a non-league game on Thursday, February 20. The Cavalier enter the game with a record of 1-0.
The Tigers now hold a 0-1 record. They play next when they host West St. Mary for a non-league game on Wednesday, February 19.
