California High School Softball - Silverado tipped by Lancaster

Lancaster Eagles (Lancaster, CA) supporters left the game thrilled Tuesday as they saw their softball squad nip the visiting Silverado Hawks (Victorville, CA), 8-6 in a non-league game.

With the triumph, Lancaster improves its record to 1-0 on the year. The Eagles travel to Burroughs (Ridgecrest, CA) to play the Burros in a non-league game on Wednesday, February 19. The Burros enter the game with a record of 0-0.

The Hawks now hold a 0-1 record. They play next when they travel to Moreno Valley for a non-league game on Friday, February 21. Silverado will play a Vikings squad coming off a 13-6 non-league loss to Colton (Colton, CA). The Vikings record now stands at 0-1.
