Mississippi High School Softball - New Hope knocked off by South Panola

The South Panola Tigers overwhelmed the host New Hope Trojans softball squad by a count of 9-0 in Tuesday's non-league challenge.
Next, the Tigers meet the DeSoto Central Jaguars (Southaven, MS) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, February 20. South Panola will attempt to upgrade on its 5-0 season record. The Jaguars go into the challenge with a 1-0 record after their 8-2 non-league win over Corinth (Corinth, MS).
The Trojans (0-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Choctaw County (Ackerman, MS). The Chargers go into the non-league challenge with a 2-1 record. In their last challenge, Choctaw County was routed by Eupora (Eupora, MS), 2-0, in a non-league challenge.
