Georgia High School Baseball - Drew nips Riverdale

In Wednesday's non-league game, the host Drew baseball team scored a close 1-0 win over the Riverdale Raiders.
The (1-0) will now prepare for their game against Mundy's Mill (Jonesboro, GA). The Tigers go into the non-league match with a 0-3 record. In their last match, Mundy's Mill was edged by Langston Hughes (Fairburn, GA), 7-6, in a non-league match.
The Raiders now have a 0-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Jonesboro for a non-league match on Friday, February 20. Riverdale will battle a Cardinals squad coming off a 15-0 non-league loss to East Coweta (Sharpsburg, GA). The Cardinals record now stands at 2-4.
