The Cathedral Fighting Irish basketball team (El Paso, TX), was toppled 49-34 in Saturday's non-league battle with the visiting Bishop Lynch Friars (Dallas, TX)
The Friars now possess a 22-12 record. They play next when they travel to Midland Christian for a non-league outing on Tuesday, February 22. Bishop Lynch will clash with a Mustangs squad coming off a 67-56 non-league loss to Trinity Christian (Lubbock, TX). The Mustangs record now stands at 18-16.
The Fighting Irish now own a 26-13 record.
