The Marcus Marauders (Flower Mound, TX) softball routed the host Whitehouse Wildcats (Whitehouse, TX), 9-1 in Saturday's non-league bout.
The Marauders (4-2) will now prepare for their bout against Richardson (Richardson, TX). The Eagles go into the non-league bout with a 1-1 record. In their last bout, Richardson toppled Princeton (Princeton, TX), 12-7, in a non-league bout.
The Wildcats now possess a 4-3 record. They play next when they travel to Granbury for a non-league bout on Saturday, February 19. Whitehouse will confront a Pirates squad coming off a 11-1 non-league loss to Reedy (Frisco, TX). The Pirates record now stands at 1-2.
