In Monday's non-league match, the host Southwest Christian Stars basketball team scored a tight 71-67 triumph over the Belle Plaine Tigers.
In their next game, the Stars face the Holy Family Catholic Fire (Victoria, MN) in a AA Section 5 match, on Tuesday, February 20. Southwest Christian will attempt to move on its 15-7 season record. The Fire enter the match with a 14-9 record after their 87-51 non-league win over Hutchinson (Hutchinson, MN).
