With the victory, Beth Haven upgrades its record to 22-7 on the campaign. The Bearcats travel to Portland Christian (Louisville, KY) to play the Eagles in a non-league bout on Thursday, February 22. The Eagles come into the bout with a record of 3-21.

Next up, the Trojans play the Louisville Collegiate Titans (Louisville, KY) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, February 20. Southern will attempt to upgrade on its 8-20 season record. The Titans come into the bout with a 11-15 record after their 65-60 non-league loss to Bullitt Central (Shepherdsville, KY).
