In Monday's league match, the host New Ulm Cathedral Greyhounds basketball team scored a good 82-70 triumph over the Martin County West Mavericks.
In their next game, the Greyhounds meet the Gibbon-Fairfax-Winthrop Thunderbirds (Winthrop, MN) in a A Section 2 match, on Tuesday, February 20. New Ulm Cathedral will attempt to better on its 13-11 season record. The Thunderbirds enter the match with a 16-10 record after their 63-57 league loss to St. Mary's (Sleepy Eye, MN).
