The Monona Grove Silver Eagles (Monona, WI) basketball nipped the visiting Mineral Point Pointers (Mineral Point, WI), 64-59 in Monday's non-league test.
The Silver Eagles (13-10) will now prepare for their test against DeForest (DeForest, WI). The Norskies go into the Badger - Large test with a 11-12 record. In their last test, DeForest got by Oregon (Oregon, WI), 66-61, in a non-league test.
The Pointers now own a 21-2 record. They play next when they host Iowa-Grant for a Southwest Wisconsin Activities test on Thursday, February 22.
