In Monday's league match, the visiting Ord Chanticleers basketball team scored a good 43-35 triumph over the Pierce Bluejays.
In their next game, the Chanticleers meet the Boone Central Cardinals (Albion, NE) in a C1 District 8 match, on Tuesday, February 20. Ord will attempt to move on its 11-12 season record. The Cardinals enter the match with a 16-6 record after their 70-36 non-league win over Crofton (Crofton, NE).
With the defeat, Pierce moves to 8-13 on the year.
