In Monday's non-league outing, the Monroe County Falcons (Tompkinsville, KY) basketball squad overwhelmed the visiting Caverna Colonels (Horse Cave, KY), by a margin of 81-23.
The Falcons (12-13) will now prepare for their outing against Warren Central (Bowling Green, KY). The Dragons go into the non-league outing with a 5-18 record. In their last outing, Warren Central smashed Russellville (Russellville, KY), 55-39, in a non-league outing.
The Colonels now own a 2-23 record. They play next when they travel to Adair County for a non-league outing on Tuesday, February 20.
