The Haughton Buccaneers (Haughton, LA) basketball knocked off the host Thibodaux Tigers (Thibodaux, LA), 41-31 in Monday's non-league test.
The Buccaneers (29-6) will now prepare for their test against Walker (Walker, LA). The Wildcats go into the non-league test with a 34-1 record. In their last test, Walker notched a victory over Fontainebleau (Mandeville, LA), 71-18, in a non-league test.
The Tigers now own a 18-12 record.
