Maryland High School Basketball - Winters Mill ripped by Smithsburg

The Smithsburg Leopards basketball team scored 54 points and held the host Winters Mill Falcons to 33 in the Leopards non-league triumph on Monday.
The Leopards now sport a 16-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to South Hagerstown for a Central Maryland contest on Thursday, February 22. Smithsburg will meet a Rebels team coming off a 46-33 non-league loss to Winters Mill (Westminster, MD). The Rebels record now stands at 0-18.
The Falcons (2-16) will now prepare for their contest against South Carroll (Sykesville, MD). The Cavaliers enter the Carroll County contest with a 14-7 record. In their last contest, South Carroll triumphed over Walkersville (Walkersville, MD), 53-49, in a non-league contest.
