In Wednesday's non-league contest, the host Port Huron Red Hawks basketball team scored a big 61-25 win over the Almont Raiders.
The Red Hawks (18-2) will now prepare for their contest against Cass Tech (Detroit, MI). The Technicians come into the non-league contest with a 17-3 record. In their last contest, Cass Tech was trounced by King (Detroit, MI), 58-52, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Raiders battle the Croswell-Lexington Pioneers (Croswell, MI) in a Blue Water Area contest, on Friday, February 21. Almont will attempt to better on its 6-13 season record. The Pioneers come into the contest with a 14-5 record after their 55-52 league win over Algonac (Algonac, MI).
