The crowd at Wednesday's non-league challenge between the White Mountains Spartans (Whitefield, NH) and the host Conant Orioles (Jaffrey, NH), observed White Mountains's basketball team edge Conant by a score of 48-44.
The Spartans (14-5) will now prepare for their challenge against Fall Mountain (Langdon, NH). The Wildcats come into the non-league challenge with a 15-1 record. In their last challenge, Fall Mountain edged Winnisquam (Tilton, NH), 65-19, in a non-league challenge.
