In Wednesday's non-league test, the Union Catholic Vikings (Scotch Plains, NJ) basketball squad trounced the visiting Franklin Warriors (Somerset, NJ), by a score of 53-5.
Next, the Vikings encounter the Governor Livingston Highlanders (Berkeley Heights, NJ) in a non-league test, on Monday, February 24. Union Catholic will attempt to improve on its 4-4 season record.
The Warriors (3-15) will now prepare for their test against Old Bridge (Old Bridge, NJ). The Knights come into the non-league test with a 6-9 record.
