Roosevelt Mustangs (Eastvale, CA) followers exited the stadium satisfied Wednesday as they saw their lacrosse team top the visiting El Modena Vanguards (Orange, CA), 19-2 in a non-league game.
With the victory, Roosevelt advances its record to 1-1 on the season. The Mustangs travel to Murrieta Mesa (Murrieta, CA) to play the Rams in a non-league game on Saturday, February 22. The Rams come into the game with a record of 0-0.
The Vanguards now sport a 0-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host California for a non-league game on Friday, February 21. El Modena will play a Condors team coming off a 9-3 non-league win over Corona (Corona, CA). The Condors record now stands at 2-2.
