Fans at Wednesday's non-league contest between the Mitchell Mustangs (New Port Richey, FL) and the visiting Calvary Christian Warriors (Clearwater, FL), witnessed Mitchell's lacrosse squad overcome Calvary Christian by a score of 12-4.
The Mustangs (4-0) will now prepare for their contest against Canterbury (Fort Myers, FL). The Cougars enter the non-league contest with a 1-0 record. In their last contest, Canterbury beat Sarasota (Sarasota, FL), 16-3, in a non-league contest.
Next, the Warriors meet the Steinbrenner Warriors (Lutz, FL) in a non-league contest, on Friday, February 21. Calvary Christian will attempt to better on its 1-2 season record. The Warriors enter the contest with a 2-2 record after their 6-5 non-league win over Freedom (Tampa, FL).
