The Valley View Eagles (Moreno Valley, CA) soccer nipped the host Artesia Pioneers (Lakewood, CA), 3-2 in Wednesday's non-league challenge.
The Eagles now hold a 14-7 record. They play next when they travel to Jurupa Hills for a non-league challenge on Saturday, February 22. Valley View will encounter a Spartans squad coming off a 2-1 non-league win over Calabasas (Calabasas, CA). The Spartans record now stands at 16-6.
With the loss, Artesia moves to 18-3 on the year.
