Florida High School Baseball - Creekside holds off Clay

The Creekside Knights (St. Johns, FL) baseball the host Clay Blue Devils (Green Cove Springs, FL), 5-1 in Thursday's non-league challenge.

The Knights now own a 3-1 record. They take the field next when they host North Marion for a non-league bout on Friday, February 20. Creekside will encounter a Colts squad coming off a 15-6 non-league loss to Spruce Creek (Port Orange, FL). The Colts record now stands at 3-2.

The Blue Devils (2-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Lincoln (Tallahassee, FL). The Trojans go into the non-league challenge with a 1-4 record. In their last challenge, Lincoln was overwhelmed by South Walton (Santa Rosa Beach, FL), 7-0, in a non-league challenge.
