Texas High School Softball - Medina Valley bounces Lockhart

The Medina Valley Panthers (Castroville, TX) softball routed the visiting Lockhart Lions (Lockhart, TX), 12-3 in Thursday's non-league outing.

The Panthers now sport a 6-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Warren for a non-league outing on Friday, February 20. Medina Valley will encounter a Warriors team coming off a 10-6 non-league loss to Incarnate Word (San Antonio, TX). The Warriors record now stands at 4-6.

The Lions (0-7) will now prepare for their test against Southwest (San Antonio, TX). The Dragons go into the non-league test with a 1-2 record. In their last test, Southwest toppled Jay (San Antonio, TX), 7-1, in a league test.
