The Fremont Eagles basketball team (Fremont, IN), was nudged 56-49 in Thursday's non-league battle with the visiting Adams Central Flying Jets (Monroe, IN)
The Flying Jets now possess a 12-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Leo for a non-league battle on Saturday, February 4. Adams Central will battle a Lions team coming off a 44-43 league win over DeKalb (Waterloo, IN). The Lions record now stands at 8-9.
The Eagles (9-8) will now prepare for their battle against Fort Wayne Canterbury (Fort Wayne, IN). The Cavaliers come into the non-league battle with a 4-11 record. In their last battle, Fort Wayne Canterbury edged South Adams (Berne, IN), 48-31, in a non-league battle.
