Kansas High School Basketball - Uniontown topples Altoona-Midway

In Thursday's non-league outing, the Uniontown Eagles (Uniontown, KS) basketball squad beat the host Altoona-Midway Jets (Buffalo, KS), by a margin of 43-27.

The Eagles (4-9) will now prepare for their outing against Oswego (Oswego, KS). The Indians go into the Three Rivers outing with a 1-13 record. In their last outing, Oswego was topped by Northeast (Arma, KS), 46-41, in a non-league outing.

The Jets now own a 6-8 record. They play next when they host Northeast for a non-league outing on Friday, February 3. Altoona-Midway will clash with a Vikings squad coming off a 37-32 league loss to Jayhawk Linn (Mound City, KS). The Vikings record now stands at 3-7.
