The Arizona Cultural Academy Wolves basketball team scored 46 points and held the visiting Caurus Academy to 16 in the Wolves non-league triumph on Thursday.

The Wolves now sport a 1-7 record. They put it on the line next when they host Academy with Community Partners for a Canyon Division 1 - Sahuaro contest on Monday, February 6. Arizona Cultural Academy will meet a Lions team coming off a 79-62 league win over Berean Academy (Sierra Vista, AZ). The Lions record now stands at 6-7.

The (1-17) will now prepare for their contest against Phoenix School of Academic Excellence (Phoenix, AZ). The enter the non-league contest with a 0-2 record. In their last contest, Phoenix School of Academic Excellence was routed by Caurus Academy (Anthem, AZ), 29-23, in a non-league contest.
