In Thursday's league outing, the Bryce Valley Mustangs (Tropic, UT) basketball squad overwhelmed the host Diamond Ranch Academy Diamondbacks (Hurricane, UT), by a count of 68-31.

The Mustangs (5-11) will now prepare for their outing against Panguitch (Panguitch, UT). The Bobcats go into the 1A Region 20 outing with a 15-3 record. In their last outing, Panguitch smashed Milford (Milford, UT), 78-44, in a league outing.

The Diamondbacks now hold a 3-13 record. They play next when they travel to Wayne for a 1A Region 20 outing on Wednesday, February 8. Diamond Ranch Academy will clash with a Badgers squad coming off a 44-42 league win over Valley (Orderville, UT). The Badgers record now stands at 11-6.
