Virginia High School Basketball - Carlisle falls to Virginia Episcopal School

In Thursday's league match, the host Virginia Episcopal School Bishops basketball team scored a good 70-60 triumph over the Carlisle Chiefs.

In their next game, the Bishops meet the St. Christopher's Saints (Richmond, VA) in a non-league match, on Friday, February 3. Virginia Episcopal School will attempt to move on its 8-17 season record. The Saints enter the match with a 13-6 record after their 68-47 league win over Benedictine (Richmond, VA).

With the defeat, Carlisle moves to 11-9 on the year. The Chiefs travel to Eastern Mennonite (Harrisonburg, VA) to meet the Flames in a VISAA Division III match on Saturday, February 4. The Flames enter the match with a record of 11-8. Eastern Mennonite lost 55-42 in their recent league match against Roanoke Catholic (Roanoke, VA)
