In Thursday's non-league match, the host Cook Inlet Academy Eagles basketball team scored a good 57-47 triumph over the Fort Yukon Eagles.
In their next game, the Eagles meet the Sand Point Eagles (Sand Point, AK) in a non-league match, on Friday, February 3. Cook Inlet Academy will attempt to better on its 12-2 season record.
With the defeat, Fort Yukon moves to 0-3 on the year.
