Delaware High School Basketball - Sussex Central knocked off by Lake Forest

The Lake Forest Spartans basketball team scored 54 points and held the host Sussex Central Golden Knights to 38 in the Spartans non-league triumph on Thursday.
The Spartans now sport a 9-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Woodbridge for a Henlopen - Southern contest on Monday, February 6. Lake Forest will battle a Raiders team coming off a 61-45 non-league win over McKean (Wilmington, DE). The Raiders record now stands at 7-9.
The Golden Knights (9-6) will now prepare for their contest against Cape Henlopen (Lewes, DE). The Vikings enter the Henlopen - Northern contest with a 10-4 record. In their last contest, Cape Henlopen ran past Milford (Milford, DE), 53-47, in a non-league contest.
