The Williamsport Millionaires (Williamsport, PA) basketball knocked off the visiting Shamokin Area Indians (Coal Township, PA), 68-51 in Thursday's non-league test.
The Millionaires (12-4) will now prepare for their test against Loyalsock Township (Williamsport, PA). The Lancers go into the non-league test with a 10-5 record. In their last test, Loyalsock Township notched a victory over Mount Carmel (Mount Carmel, PA), 79-52, in a league test.
The Indians now own a 14-6 record. They play next when they host Milton for a Heartland II test on Tuesday, February 7. Shamokin Area will encounter a Black Panthers squad coming off a 58-38 non-league win over Bloomsburg (Bloomsburg, PA). The Black Panthers record now stands at 9-9.
