The Terrebonne Tigers (Houma, LA) basketball knocked off the host St. James Wildcats (St. James, LA), 77-59 in Thursday's non-league test.
The Tigers (21-6) will now prepare for their test against Destrehan (Destrehan, LA). The Wildcats go into the 5A District 7 test with a 8-10 record. In their last test, Destrehan went down by White Castle (White Castle, LA), 53-41, in a non-league test.
The Wildcats now own a 4-7 record. They play next when they travel to Patterson for a 3A District 8 test on Tuesday, February 7. St. James will encounter a Lumberjacks squad coming off a 48-38 league win over E.D. White (Thibodaux, LA). The Lumberjacks record now stands at 16-4.
