South Dakota High School Basketball - Tea tops West Central

Tea Titans (Tea, SD) backers were pleased Thursday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the host West Central Trojans (Hartford, SD), 59-49 in a non-league bout.
With the victory, Tea upgrades its record to 9-3 on the campaign. The Titans travel to DeSmet (DeSmet, SD) to play the Bulldogs in a non-league bout on Saturday, February 4. The Bulldogs come into the bout with a record of 13-2. DeSmet won 80-63 in their recent non-league bout against Elkton/Lake Benton (Elkton, SD)
Next up, the Trojans play the Sioux Valley Cossacks (Volga, SD) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, February 9. West Central will attempt to upgrade on its 6-8 season record.
