Nebraska High School Basketball - Aquinas overwhelmed by Scotus

The Scotus Shamrocks basketball team scored 54 points and restricted the visiting Aquinas Monarchs to 20 in the Shamrocks non-league victory on Thursday.
The Shamrocks now sport a 15-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Kearney Catholic for a non-league contest on Saturday, February 4. Scotus will battle a Stars team coming off a 48-34 non-league loss to Adams Central (Hastings, NE). The Stars record now stands at 11-9.
The Monarchs (2-16) will now prepare for their contest against Lincoln Christian (Lincoln, NE). The Crusaders come into the non-league contest with a 17-2 record. In their last contest, Lincoln Christian triumphed over Norris (Firth, NE), 40-26, in a non-league contest.
