The McDonogh 35 Roneagles basketball team (New Orleans, LA), was routed 56-25 in Thursday's league battle with the host Benjamin Franklin Falcons (New Orleans, LA)
The Falcons now sport a 20-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Edna Karr for a non-league battle on Monday, February 6. Benjamin Franklin will battle a Cougars team coming off a 41-35 league loss to Mt. Carmel (New Orleans, LA). The Cougars record now stands at 6-11.
The Roneagles (2-7) will now prepare for their battle against South Plaquemines (Buras, LA). The Hurricanes come into the non-league battle with a 6-7 record. In their last battle, South Plaquemines trounced Fisher (Lafitte, LA), 28-26, in a league battle.
