With the victory, Nicholas County improves its record to 2-0 on the campaign.

Next up, the Huskies confront the East Fairmont Bees (Fairmont, WV) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, February 11. Hoover will attempt to improve on its 5-10 season record. The Bees come into the challenge with a 2-1 record after their 47-24 league win over Robert C. Byrd (Clarksburg, WV).
