The First Academy Royals (Orlando, FL) backers were pleased Thursday as they saw their basketball squad hold off the host Central Florida Christian Academy Eagles (Ocoee, FL), 58-51 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, The First Academy upgrades its record to 15-4 on the campaign. The Royals travel to Windermere (Windermere, FL) to play the Wolverines in a non-league bout on Saturday, February 4. The Wolverines come into the bout with a record of 2-2. Windermere won 69-25 in their recent non-league bout against Horizon (Winter Garden, FL)

Next up, the Eagles play the Southland Christian FLAMES (Kissimmee, FL) in a non-league bout, on Friday, February 3. Central Florida Christian Academy will attempt to upgrade on its 11-3 season record.
