North Warren Central Cougars (Chestertown, NY) backers were pleased Friday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the visiting Argyle Scots (Argyle, NY), 66-31 in a league bout.

With the victory, North Warren Central upgrades its record to 14-3 on the campaign. The Cougars host Granville (Granville, NY) to play the Golden Horde in a non-league bout on Tuesday, February 6. The Golden Horde come into the bout with a record of 10-6.

Next up, the Scots play the Whitehall Railroaders (Whitehall, NY) in a Section 2 Adirondack bout, on Tuesday, February 6. Argyle will attempt to upgrade on its 12-5 season record.
