Fans at Friday's league contest between the Bossier Bearkats (Bossier City, LA) and the visiting North DeSoto Griffins (Stonewall, LA), saw Bossier's basketball team triumph over North DeSoto by a score of 55-15.

The Bearkats now sport a 19-11 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Woodlawn-Shreveport for a 4A District 1 contest on Tuesday, February 6. Bossier will battle a Knights team coming off a 65-48 league loss to Evangel Christian Academy (Shreveport, LA). The Knights record now stands at 15-13.

The Griffins (7-8) will now prepare for their contest against Haynesville (Haynesville, LA). The Golden Tornado come into the non-league contest with a 13-6 record. In their last contest, Haynesville triumphed over North Webster (Springhill, LA), 2-0, in a non-league contest.
