Nebraska High School Basketball - St. Patrick's nudges Chase County

St. Patrick's Irish (North Platte, NE) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the visiting Chase County Longhorns (Imperial, NE), 44-37 in a non-league bout.

With the win, St. Patrick's upgrades its record to 14-3 on the season. The Irish travel to Cambridge (Cambridge, NE) to clash with the Trojans in a non-league bout on Saturday, February 3. The Trojans go into the bout with a record of 11-7. Cambridge lost 61-33 in their recent non-league bout against Dundy County-Stratton (Benkelman, NE)

Next up, the Longhorns clash with the Gering Bulldogs (Gering, NE) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, February 3. Chase County will attempt to upgrade on its 9-9 season record. The Bulldogs go into the bout with a 6-11 record after their 66-60 non-league loss to Sidney (Sidney, NE).
